When David left school he attended Mid Cheshire college for two years and whilst studying he also worked in various local food operations to gain valuable experience before he completed his course achieving various NVQ 2 qualifications in food preparation and Cooking. In 2006 David first worked for the Lord Binning's proprietor chef David Mooney at both The Duke Of Portland and the Belle Époque where David blossomed and truly appreciated the high standard of food and presentation required to achieve and maintain a good reputation in the industry. David continued his working development at Cabbage Hall and achieved the position of Chef de Partie before leaving to take a head chef position with The Oakland Hotel at the tender age of 23. The offer of rejoining David Mooney at The Lord Binning as Sous chef was far too tempting to say no and David continues thrive .

Miss Michelle Kenyon-Taker - Restaurant Manager

Michelle is 23 and from Weston near Crewe. For a young women Michelle has a wealth of experience both front and back of house and with her attention to detail , passion and friendly persona she is a exceptional host and supervisor of front of house operations. After graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA honours in Film Production Michelle's true love of the hospitality industry was further illustrated when she took up the offer of Heading up the front Of House team at The Lord Binning where she continues to deliver and personally develop in her chosen career path.
